09/08/2010 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Weeds are minimal and there was a couple of refuse items at the curb next to the containers. Research revealed that the home was recently purchased out of foreclosure and a new owner has recently occupied the home. I called the new owner and explained the code and directed the owner to take the items away from the curb and trim the weeds. The owner was agreeable. I mentioned the containers at the curb and relayed the rules on leaving container out. The owner claimed to be unaware however stated they would bring the container in on non pick-up days. Will follow up in 2 weeks.
