Exhaust hood and fan on roof is burnt and removed from duct and hood support. Pizza oven gas suppy is turned off and not to be used until permits and inspections are final by DSD. Explained permit issues with owner and contractor with Southern Arizona Maintenance Services. Water turned off on sprinkler systerm only. Sprinkler head being replaced and sprinkler system should be up and ready by 3:00 P.M today.
