Description:

Residents toss empty beer bottles and cigarette butts over the fence into 2632 N. Warren. Neighbor has spoken with the landlord who said he would talk to his renters. Nothing has improved. Neighbor has a very deep yard, so perhaps the residents do not think he walks into the back of his lot. Nothing is visible from the street. Neighbor is leaving the bottles/cans there for now as evidence.
