In the alley is a pile of yard waste (palm fronds, tree branches, etc.). It has been there for about two weeks. It looks like wildcat dumping. Next door is a vacant building owned by a non-profit. They keep the property very clean and police it. They've even sent over their people to clean the area behind the building in the alley. The caller believes the items were not dumped by United Cerebral Palsy group.
