07/23/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved received call from complaintant asking we inspect her property. Visited site, met with the son, who allowed entry into the 962 dodge property, found very few small pieces of insulation in her tall grass and weeds, explained to the son that I really could not put together a case for the small amount of insulation found on the property. before leaving the site, I called owner Dale Seaholm, who mentioned he no longer owns the property, that he lost the property to foreclosure but would be willing to go to the property and push the insulation back into the rafter spaces. I asked he do that in good faith. ** received a call back from Mr Seaholm mentioning that the insulation was pushed back into the rafter spaces. (same day) compliance / close case
