Spoke with person at the house who mentioned he was a visitor from N.M. tenant would be back soon and he would have her call. * received call back from tenant who mentioned she had already received a letter from the owner asking she cut the tall grass, that was approx. 2 weeks ago, she addressed the issue quickly. I cited the vegetation code, suggested she include the street and maintain the property on a regular basis. No Violation / close case
