Graffiti Abatement will not go on a property to clean it since it's an apartment complex. Owners need to take responsibility for graffiti since it is all over the front of apartment complex. Also, the chain link fence that runs the length of the property on the east and west sides of the property has been badly damaged and it is sagging. The fence is an eyesore and demonstrates how this property is being abused by the tenants or their guests. The vacant lot adjacent on the east side of this complex was just thoroughly cleaned. Neighbors in the area are wondering if the tenants in this complex are throwing their trash onto this lot.
