Resident appears to be hording items on site (address of 3252 N. Tyndall) Carport is filled with stuff. There are numerous items stored in the back yard. Resident recently took bags of cut lanscaping material that were left as trash and pulled them into her back yard. Resident collects shopping carts and leaves them in front of the duplex. Caller is tired of seeing the piles of stuff grow, and the collection of shopping carts. Can be seen from street.
