Description:

There is tall grass and weeds in the rear of this house. The rear is accessible through a walking easement and the grass and weeds can be seen through the chain link. It looks like the occupant tried to cover the chain link with shade cloth, but it has been ripped off or blown off over time, so the grass can now be seen from the easement. Tall grass in the easement is also an issue.

In the easement, found one corner of the screening material came loose, also some of the bamboo screening came loose at the top of the fencing. Not enough to be a violation. All vegetation cut except for a small area in the back, not enough to be a violation. Tall grass in easement will be addressed when I do my street sweep. Close case.
