06/18/2010 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT CBIGMAN Approved Walked site, met w/Operations Supervisor at SW Ambulance. Discussed complaint, problem and walked site w/Supervisor. Question raised about the property line. Went back to site plan to verify property lines to verify location of property line. Site plan shows area in question does actually belong to SW Ambulance. Called supervisor and left message informing him of my findings.
07/22/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE CBIGMAN Approved AFTER RAIN MET W/SW REP. WALKED BACK TO DRAINAGE AREA VERIFIED IT WAS CLEAR WITH NO STANDING WATER. HOWEVER ALSO NOTICED THAT THE DRAINAGE TO THE EAST IS BACKED UP BUT NOT AS A RESULT OF SW DRAINAGE OR ANY BLOCKAGE. THE LOT ON A DIFFRENT PROPERTY NEARBY PARKING LOT IS LOWER THEN THE DRAINAGE AREA. SW ABATED NOV. FLOODING PROBLEM IS A LANDSCAPE DESIGN PROBLEM AND NOT AN OVER GROWTH OF VEGETATION OR DEBRIS PROBLEM. **** CLOSE CASE ****
