There was one vehicle in the front of the property. At the rear of the property was a shed or garage and it was closed and locked. There was one vehicle beside the shed. No other vehicles were present and no persons were there. There was no evidence of dumping on any kind from my vantage points. I sopke with Mr. John Burross of the AZ DEQ this morning and he indicated that his office will not become involved based upon the report of a TFD FP Inspector who did not observe any ilegal dumping either. Case closed.
