Description:

The alley between a dentist office next door and the caller's house. The debris there has accumulated. Branches, from trees are now all along the side of my fence. Homeless people sit under it at night. I am afraid of fire plus it makes the area look awful. I have a landscaper that cleans up my yard monthly. The debris is not from my yard. It has been there for at least a year that I could remember.
