Attached front porch and rear unattached ramada (over 200' sq ft w/ electrical) were constructed without approved permits; ramada may not meet property line setbacks; west 16'0" alley was quitclaimed to property in 2000; new PL is not clear. Permit applications T06BU01822 & T06BU02481 were never approved and no inpsections conducted. NW corner of lot has been raised several feet with foundation and tile laid on top; needs review for drainage. Two pieces of construction equipment in rear yard: backhoe + bobcat type; commercial equipment is not allowed in residential area. Pickup Truck belonging to Unlimited Concrete is parked in rear yard. Owner has licensed concrete business at home, but is not listed as a home occupation. More inspection notes on followup conducted 3/19/10: Reinspection of front property; two additional work pickup trucks for Unlimited Concrete parked in front area that is gated to the west; area that was formally alley was modified into a parking area. Portions of the wall on west side of property appear to exceed 10' and are retaining earth- engineering approval required; Fence review for plans submitted in 2008 under T08BU01531 does not indicate these areas and draws the property incorrectly with incorrect measurements.
