Anonymous caller said new neighbors at 2226 N Los Altos Ave have dumped tree cuttings into the utility easement. The cuttings have been there for a few weeks and are from a tree in the alley and trees from their yard. The cuttings are piled on top of bricks & concrete from the previous residents of the same address. No trash service in the easement, is curbside in that area. Caller concerned about damage to utility meters in the easement
