The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

Amateur radio towers are exempt from the setback requirement and are allowed to a maximum height of 100 feet. |
