3543 E. GLENN ST. ADDRESS DISPLAYED ON UNIT - NOT ON COUNTY MAP. Leaking issues inside unit. Water coming in through the walls, into the kitchen, under the walls into the bathroom, then through the house. Water enters when it rains. Water came out under dishwasher the other day when it did not rain. Town homes were built in a "bowl" of the land. Water from rains drain into this area. Maintenance has been notified of this constant problem. Worker told tenant that he can not make any further repairs without removing stucco, and getting inside the walls.
