There is a place at the south east corner of the residence where water does not drain away from the foundation. As a result water pools in the area and eventually seeps into the house. The tenant has been in contact with the property management company who has dispatched a contractor to develop a plan to divert the water. On 02-22-10 I recieved a message from the tenant stating the contractor evaluated the problem and will recommend a solution to the management company. I will await further communication from the tenant regarding the decision of the management company. |
