Description:

There is an easement that runs parallel to the property on the north side of the building. It is only about 4 or 5 feet wide and use to be secured on both ends by chain link. People have broken through the chain link on the east end and bent the pole on the west end, allowing full access to the easement. There is a plethora of beer cans, garbage, and cushions in there. Quick Mart is next door and it looks like it's a convenient place for people drink the beer they bought there.
