01/26/2010 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Initial inspection revealed one automobile in the rear yard which appeared to be under some kind of repair at this residence. There was another vehicle in the yard however it was not in any sort of state of disassembly or under repair. There were not an unusual number of vehicles present at the home. There were no typical tools of the automotive trade visible around or about the residence except a small hand carry tool box near the car with it's hood up. Unable to verify the validity of the allegation. Will set a follow up visit to the residence in a week at a different time of day to see if any type of vehicle repair is occurring at that time.
02/18/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved I visited the property again today and there was no automotive repair business occuring. Unable to verify allegations asserted in complaint. Case closed.
