Bathroom sink drains slowly. Kitchen sink leaks around the faucet and leaks around the plastic piping. Water heater is impropely installed with PVC pipe, pipe not secured, no T/P pipe and no shut off valve. Wall furnance has been yellow tagged by southwest gas. No weather stripping around doors. Called manager, said he would send a plumber within the next 2 hours. Explained the issues about the other issues that would need to be addressed. Explained NOV and re-inspections fees.
