Chain link fence around property does not enclose driveway which is open to street. Windows and other openings are boarded. Exterior adobe stucco walls are cracked; front facing (north) exterior walls are extremely dilapidated to the point where interior portions of wall are exposed to weather elements. Some minor repair has been attempted, but not done under permit and unable to determine if acceptable for adobe restoration. Wood elements around windows, doors, fascia, penetrations, and front ramada are all dilapidated and require weather proofing and repair. A secondary door off the front porch appears to have been enclosed by new stucco. Yard is clean with no refuse, jmvs, or vegetation accumulation. Further assessment needed to consider for VANS program. LRP
