FUSE BOX WIRED A WHILE AGO/ELECTRICAL PANEL DAMAGED & CAN NOT USE MULTIPLE OUTLETS DUE TO SHORTAGE. POWER OUTLET ABOVE GAS HEATER HAS BEEN CORRODED. WATER GOING THROUGH WALLS UNDER HEATER; WALL IS BUBBLED UP. VALVE ABOVE GAS HEATER IS LEAKING SOMEWHERE IN THE WALL. ONE SIDE OF APARTMENT HAS NO ELECTRICITY DUE OUTAGE. HAS REPORTED TO MGMT 3 TIMES; REPORTED INITIALLY ON 11-17-09, 12-7-09 (CONTINUING POWER OUTAGES). ONE OF THE OCCUPANT'S IS DISABLED. CURRENT WITH RENT.
