| 01/04/2010 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | DCOX | Approved | Dead tree in rear yard extendign over into neighboring property. I have spoken to Rathbun twice in the past 2 months and both time was told the tree would be cut within a few days. The tree has not been removed. Upon further investigation I discovered the property owner is out of state and does not reside in the home, rather he uses it for a rental property. The property is currently registered as "Owner Occupied" with the Pima County Assessor. NOV will be issued with 10 day compliance timeline. Follow up 01-22-09. |
