11/09/2009 INSP - FULL JVINCENT Approved This was a complaint investigation on a hood system based on cintas comments on a hood system report. The drip pan problem has been resolved. They no longer store pots and pans on top of the cheese melters. Drip pans are in their poper location and currently clean and not dripping onto the melters.
