09/15/2009 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Violation 1). currently there is an excessive amount of combustible material on the property. This includes a large pile of palm tree trimmings, a large amount of combustible material in carport, and a pile of discarded wooden fencing. This is in violation of ; 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. All combustible material shall be removed from property 2). currently there is a car in repair that is supported only by hydraulic stands. This car has been supported for length of time. This is an extreme safety hazard and unsafe condition is in violation of: Tucson Fire Code 110.1.1 which states: 110.1.1 Unsafe conditions. Structures or existing equipment that are or hereafter become unsafe or deficient because of inadequate means of egress or which constitute a fire hazard, or are otherwise dangerous to human life or the public welfare, or which involve illegal or improper occupancy or inadequate maintenance, shall be deemed an unsafe condition. A vacant structure which is not secured against unauthorized entry as required by Section 311 shall be deemed unsafe.. Please place the wheels back on the car
