07/01/2009 INSP - FULL EGRIFFIN Violation 1). currently this building does not meet fire code requirements for premises identification. IFC 2006 (modified) states: Section 505.1 Address numbers. Address numbers shall be in accordance with Pima County address display requirements. (Enclosed) 2).Automatic fire sprinkler test and inspection form must be submitted by approved contractor as per required in NFPA 25. ,IFC 901.6. All required deficiencies must be corrected. 3). Emergency generator log must be submitted as per fire code requirements which state; 604.3.2 Written record. Written records of the inspection, testing and maintenance of emergency and standby power systems shall include the date of service, name of the servicing technician, a summary of conditions noted and a detailed description of any conditions requiring correction and what corrective action was taken. Such records shall be kept on the premises served by the emergency or standby power system and be available for inspection by the fire code official. 4).Ceiling tile must be returned in front of door F-3. IFC 701.3 5).Door is being blocked open in Orion room. Door closure shall be maintained.. This is violation of fire code requirements which states: 703.2.2 Hold-open devices and closers. Hold-open devices and automatic door closers, where provided, shall be maintained. During the period that such device is out of service for repairs, the door it operates shall remain in the closed position. 6). Fire alarm test report shall be submitted on approved form as per NFPA 72/ IFC 901.6
