Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). 1. __ Problem: Material Safety Data Sheets were not available. TFC - 407.2 Material Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous materials shall be readily available on the premises. CORRECTION: make MSDS available on the premises. 2.__ Problem: Your employees must have access to current MSDS and trained in the use of the MSDS. TFC 407.4 Training. Persons/employees should b e trained in where and how to use MSDS. CORRECTION: Train employees on how to find MSDS and how to use it. 3.__ Problem: Found extension cords in use as permanent wiring. TFC 605.5 - Extension Cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitue for permanent wiring. CORRECTION: Remove extension cords in use on ink replacement kiosk and in break room near the refridgerator.
