04/17/2009 INSP - FULL NPSRENGE Violation The Tucson Fire Department has conducted a fire safety inspection at the above stated business . Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). ___1.PROBLEM: The electric panel access is blocked by stacked boxes. Problem: IFC 605.3Working space and clearance. A working space of not less than 30 inches (762 mm) in width, 36 inches (914 mm) in depth and 78 inches (1981 mm) in height shall be provided in front of electrical service equipment. REQUIRED CORRECTION: Provide proper access to electric panel. ___2.PROBLEM: There is no C of O posted in your business. 105.3.5 Posting the permit. Issued permits shall be kept on the premises designated therein at all times and shall be readily available for inspection by the fire code official. REQUIRED CORRECTION: You will post your C of O in your business. ___1.PROBLEM: Both your East and SE exit signs are not lit. 1011.5.3 Power source. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. REQUIRED CORRECTION: You will cause your exit signs to be lit.
