04/08/2009 INSP - FULL NSPRENGE Violation Problem: IFC 1004.3 Posting of occupant load. Every room or space that is an assembly occupancy shall have the occupant load of the room or space posted in a conspicuous place, near the main exit or exit access doorway from the room or space. Posted signs shall be of an approved legible permanent design and shall be maintained by the owner or authorized agent. Correction: You will post your occupant load near your entrance/exit to lobby on the Skate Rink side of the doors.
04/08/2009 INSP - FULL NSPRENGE Violation Problem: IFC 605.4 Multiplug adapters. Multiplug adapters, such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device not complying with the ICC Electrical Code shall be prohibited. Correction: Remove the multiplug adapter in the outlet in your ceiling ( over the skate floor).

Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures, extended through walls, ceilings or floors, or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Correction: You will remove all extension cords in the space above the ceiling and hanging through ceiling tiles. If there is a need for more power, a certified electrician will have to install more power taps.

Correction: You will place the above mentioned sign over your Main exit door to the parking lot ( egress side).
