Description:
Resident leaves a garden hose stretched over the sidewalk all the time. Hose will lie over the sidewalk on the 9th Street side, and at times along Santa Rita Avenue. A person in a mobility device would not be able to get over the hose. Repeated attempts to have the resident not leave the hose out on the sidewalk have gone unnoticed. Possible illegal addition onto the lot within another duplex added to site.
