11/18/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Attempted visit today however tenant was away. I spoke to residnet from unit H and he stated that tenant's heater had been turned on. His heater however has not been tuned on and that SWG had tagged his heater as "Dangerous" and it should not be activated. In addition the Butler's stated that the owner, has opened a water well on the property which had been previously sealed and is using the well in lieu of COT water. Need confirmation from Tucson Water if that claim is true and if there is authorization for the owner to be using ground water from a private well.
