The vehicle is painted with text advertising the business it is associated with. The business owner stated the vehicle moves frequently and most certainly more than required by code. As I approached the stop sign on northbound Jones Blvd. @ 22nd st. there was no line of sight obstruction due to the location of the parked van. I explained the guidelines of the sign code regarding vehicles to the proprietor. No violations at this time. Case closed.
