Description:

Kitchen flooring (cover) is peeling and coming up from the main floor. Kitchen ceiling has black mold growing from the cooler leaking on the roof. Cooler works, but has an excessive leak which causes water to seep inside the trailer. The main floor of the bedroom is rotting. Furnance does not work. Electrical short in the bathroom. When it rains none of the power works in the bathroom. A maintenance worker at the park told the resident there is an electrical short in the ceailing. Shower drain is not connected to the main plumbing. Water spills out onto the dirt. The shower floor is sinking in the middlle.
