Potential work without permit inside home. Carport enclosed into a garage. Addition added onto the house from a bedroom. The area added a walk in closet. The addition was built out near the pool and required that the pool diving board be removed. Flashing along roof line not installed corectly. When it rain the area along the roof fills with water. None of the phone jacks work inside the home. Resident had to pay to have a new line installed inside the home.
