Description:
Residence has a small guesthouse in backyard of property. This is a permanent structure, built on a foundation and may not be up to code. The residents recently placed an old couch and several chairs on the roof of this structure, apparently to have a "hang-out" area. This looks very hazardous and is quite an eyesore. There are also several items of old, beat-up furniture(couch, chairs) placed in the backyard. Residence was recently "Red-tagged" for having a loud party.
