10/13/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Attempted phone contact with complainant however number was incorrect. I responded to the complex office and inquired about the specific apartment. They were intimately familiar with the tenant. They did acknowledge there were problems with the A/C to that building however the issues had already been corrected. The hot water complaint was exagerated by the complainant in that the issue had been reported and the maintenance staff addressed the problem. Staff indicated that the tenant has complained numerous times about a wide variety of issues and all have been address promptly. Staff indicated further that the tenant is scueduled to be vacating the apartment at the end of this month. Case closed.
