FOR THE RECORD, THE SCHOOL ALSO OWNS 5798 E 14TH. INSPECTION SHOWED METAL FENCING OVER 6'0" (7'0"+) SURROUNDING PROPERTY (PRIMARILY SECTIONS ALONG WEST AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES) HAS BEEN INSTALLED AROUND THE PROPERTY AT 5870 E 14TH WITHOUT A REQUIRED PERMIT. ADDITIONALLY, PORTIONS OF THE FENCE IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THIS PARCEL ENCLOSE THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH A DEFINED 16'0" PUBLIC ALLEY AND A REAR PORTION OF THE PARCEL AT 5790 E 14TH ST. THE FRONT GATE BETWEEN THESE TWO PROPERTIES TO THE NORTH ALSO ENCLOSES THE SAME ALLEY AT THE NORTH END. THIS CONSTITUTES AN OBSTRUCTION TO THE ALLEY. NOTE: THE FRONT GATE ONLY WAS PREVIOUSLY INSPECTED UNDER T06VL00054 FOR POSSIBLE WORK WITHOUT PERMITS AND WAS FOUND NOT TO REQUIRE A PERMIT; THIS ENFORCEMENT DID NOT ADDRESS THE OBSTRUCTION OF THE ALLEY OR THE OTHER PORTIONS OF FENCING THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED LATER AND ARE BEING ENFORCED CURRENTLY. THE ALLEY ABUTTING THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AT 5780 IS A PUBLIC DEFINED PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AND HAS NOT BEEN VACATED PER THE TUCSON DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. ANOTHER WORK WITHOUT PERMITS ISSUE IS A UNATTACHED ASSESSORY STRUCTURE OVER 200 SQ. FT. THAT HAS BEEN RECENTLY BUILT IN THE SOUTH PROTRUDING SECTION OF THE PROPERTY AT 5790 E 14TH (AND OWNED BY THE SCHOOL). THE STRUCTURE DOES NOT MEET SETBACKS FROM EITHER THE WEST OR EAST PROPERTY LINES AND ALSO ABUTS THE AFOREMENTIONED ALLEY ON THE EAST.
