Description:

Unit 1, No heater inside unit. Gas line is red tagged. Water line leaking in back yard area for 2 months. There is standing water at times in the yard. Carpet and floor board soiled due to a sewage back up in January 2009. (Carpet was cleaned, but smell still lingers) Drywall damage due to sewage spill in January. Roof leaks during rains in the bathroom, master bedroom and living room. Pad for building structure is deteriorating.
