ELECTRICAL DAMAGE TO THE WIRING SHEATHING LEAVING EXPOSED BARE WIRE AT THE ENCLOSED CARPORT AREA. ONE RECEPTACLE AND LIGHT FIXTURE WAS DAMAGED. THE DISCONNECT HAS TWO ADDED CIRCUITS ONE TO THE STORAGE SHED WHICH WAS DAMAGED BY FIRE. THE OTHER IS A NON METALLIC-SHEATHED CABLE NOT PROPERLY STRAP TO BUILDING. ENCLOSED CARPORT AREA HAS WIRING TO JUNCTION, LIGHT BOXES WITH UNAPPROVED WIRING METHOD UNSAFE, EXPOSED NONMETALLIC SHEATHED CABLE UNDER 96 INCHES IN CEILING INTERIOR OF DWELLING HAS LARGE AMOUNTS OF FECES IN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. FRONT DECK IS DILAPIDATED MISSING DECK BOARDS UNSAFE. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED AND POSTED. DUE TO LACK OF POWER AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.
