Description:
Water turned off in unit. (Caller told bill was paid and that Water Dept. will be restoring water to complex.) Tenant also states her unit is infested with cockroaches. Manager has not offered to assist with spraying. Holes in the wall in the bathroom. Holes in the doors to the bathroom and bedroom. Main door frame is broken. Door hangs loose in the frame. Manager told tenant the door was repaired before she moved in. (Tenant told the door was broken down by TPD) No repairs have been made since the tenant has made reports.
