ARRIVED AND UNITS WERE BEING VACATED WITH BACK UNIT LOADING TRAILER TO MOVE OUT. FRONT UNIT TENANTS HAD JUST LEFT SITE TO MOVE ITEMS TO NEW LOCATION, BACK YARD OF MIDDLE UNIT HAS BEEN CLEANED. TENANT AT OTHER LOCATION WERE MOVED. POWER WAS TURNED OFF AT DISCONNCTS AND CHECK UNITS IF POWER REMOVED. CAUSED TEP TO REMOVE POWER AT POLE. MET WITH MANAGER EXPLAINED POWER IS GOING TO BE REMOVED AT POLE AND METERS REMOVED. HAD TWO VEHICLES MOVED FOR TEP TO CUT WIRES. MET WITH 3333'S MANAGER DISCUSSED THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING UNITS SECURED. MANAGER MENTIONED THEY WOULD INSTALL A HASP WITH LOCK. OTHER UNITS ARE BEING LOCKED BY TENANTS. MET WITH INSPECTOR IN CHARGE. RV.
