ILLEGAL DUMPING OFF OF 36TH ST. 8/14/2009 - T09DV04745: DISMANTLED TRAILER NEAR WHERE SIDEWALK AREA WOULD BE IF THERE WAS A SIDEWALK. PIECES OF WOOD BEING BLOWN INTO STREET, ONGOING ISSUE. 2nd complaint received about this trash issue. Caller very angry that this issue was not first addressed by ES. ES told the caller a month ago B & B would remove items. The trash pile has only gotten larger. ES forwarded the caller to us saying "They have a big stick and can get this resolved faster than we can."
