Description:

House is empty. An illegal sign (red and white "For Rent" ) is placed in the right of way, in front of the house on the Rosemont side. Owner has also posted one illegal "Hummingbird House" For Rent sign at the NW corner of Glenn and Rosemont , and another on the same side of the street so people can see it when they stop at Wyatt and Glenn. In other words, the second sign is west of the first one, just west of the bridge.
