She indicated the truck is being repaired at this time and is not a junked motor vehicle. She stated they had very recently moved into the home and were still getting settled. She anticipated the truck should be back in service in a month or two. Tenant stated that the owner had recently replaced the cooler and was due to remove the old cooler but hadn't do so as yet. Tenant stated she would contact her landlord and request the cooler be taken away ASAP. Follow up 30 days.
