Floors 7-10 had water in the carpet and damage to ceiling tiles. Turned off power to effected floors and had building manager call for an electrical inspection on each of the floors for possible water in electrical boxes. At 11:30 Tony from Cox electrical inspected all floors and found that only floor 8 had any water in the wall electrical boxes that maybe an issue. The power was turned back on to all floors at 1:30. The Fire Protection System was being repaired by Kazal Fire Protection Inc (Manny) and was almost done at 1:30. Turn the fire system over to TFD to make sure the system was operational. Their looked to be some work on the 8th floor that was done without, permits. Some electrical work on the 9th floor also looked to be done without permits. Working with DSD and TFD to make sure all work was done under proper permits. |
