No AC since evening of 7/17/09. Tenant called the Emergency number for the complex and no one responded all weekend. Report made to manager this morning when office opened. No estimate on when AC would be repaired. New maintenance man begins today. Dishwasher has leaked for a year and a half. Water backs up into the unit and smells like sewer water. AC unit has history of leaking. There is an indent in the floor where water pooled before. Indent has never been repaired. The hand railing outside the second floor balcony is loose. Stair hand railing loose as well. Hand rails made of wood which is rotting.
