DEANNA EVENCHIK
Description:
The owner fixed up the one duplex closest to the house (1) - without permits, the other (2) is still in disrepair. (1). The windows are broken, and someone has pried the doorknob out of one door, and the deadbolt has been pried. The neighbor secured the doors in this duplex. Front yard has excessive storage issues. (2) Windows are broken, and one of the doors - eastside of the duplex - is wide open. Unit caught on fire last year. Repairs may have been made without proper permits in place. There is a concern that homeless individuals are breaching the property.
