Description:

Consumer complaining about the signs at 4649 E 22nd. Tucson Furniture Mart owned by Bargain Center Furniture. They had a sign up saying "Liquidation Sale". They would have had to get a Going Out of Business permit if they kept that sign up. The State Attorney General made them take that wording down and now they have "Emergency Sell Off". The only sign that is up legally at 4649 E. 22nd Street is a wall sign at 4 x 83 that says "Tucson Furniture Mart". If there are any other signs up, they require permit review and permits for those that meet our code criteria, per our sign code section 3-16.
