06/15/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Commercial business equipment parked in front yard. This is equipment from 3352 E 29th St. NOV was issued to Mr. S Sammons of the address 3352 E 29th St. Mr. Sammons contacted myself by telephone May 27th. Mr. Sammons stated he would remove the equipment. Upon conduction a follow up inspection at an address in the 3300 block of East 26th St, I noticed the same equipment at 3312 E 25th St. Upon further investigation I discovered that Ray Sammons is the listed owner of 3312 E 25th St. NOV will be issued to Mr. R Sammons. I contacted Mr.S Sammons to advise that he had 24 hours to remove the equipment from the residential zone. I advised a citation would follow in the event the equipment were still there tomorrow. I attempted to call Mr. R Sammons however the phone number had been disconnected.
06/16/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Vehicles were removed. Case closed.
