Bugs coming into the unit from holes. Broken glass in complex not cleaned in front of unit. Spilled milk that was thrown on door not cleaned. Air filter need to be cleaned. Dirty and residnet is unable to replace himself. Tenant is in a mobility device. Tenant has concerns about being forced to use a specific cable company. Tenant told that this is a matter between he and the landlord.
